SOL Assistant - Post reminder dates on your Outlook Calendar

This software allows you to easily set multiple reminders for any event - on your Outlook calendar. You can set up to 6 reminders per event, at intervals ranging from 1 day to 1 year. It will then post all of those reminders to your calendar with a simple click of a button! |

This is an ideal little step to add to your case opening process; as you get new cases in, using the SOL Assistant, you enter the case name, the SOL Date and then select the number of reminders (1 to 6) and the reminder frequency (1 day to 1 year). The SOL Assistant will then calculate all the dates – never setting them on a week-end – and display the results to you. You can then alter those dates or simply click Submit and The SOL Assistant will post a reminder on your Outlook calendar for every date displayed. |

The SOL Assistant is FREE and works fantastic for setting reminders on one calendar. If you need to set dates on more than 1 calendar at a time, there is a "big brother" to this program, the SOL Executive, that is for sale and can be customized to fit any need you have, using your predetermined frequency and interval. |

This is a tremendous piece of software that allows you to receive and send all your faxes through email! When you receive a fax, it is a new email in your inbox. To send a fax, you simply send an email to (FaxNumber)@Faxmaker.com, and the fax is sent. On the email you send, your email message is the fax cover page and any document you attached to the email will be faxed to the Fax Number you specified. |
